RELAXATION BODY
To fully experience the calming and revitalizing benefits of this oil, gently apply it to the soles of your feet and legs.
This can be done daily, either before or after your shower. Alternatively, add 2 ounces of the oil to your bath and let your feet soak for 20-30 minutes.
NATURAL BODY DEODORANT
Use our magnesium oil as a natural deodorant by diluting it with water and applying it to your underarms.
Avoid using on freshly shaved underarms, as it may cause a stinging sensation.
NOTE: After the initial use, you may experience itchiness due to low magnesium levels.
Wait at least 10-20 minutes before rinsing off to fully absorb the magnesium.
